#66 of 383Graza Squeeze Olive Oil
Illustration: a Graza Drizzle olive oil squeeze bottle in green and white standing on a kitchen counter next to a plate of toast with olive oil drizzled across the surface.
Graza sells extra virgin olive oil in a squeeze bottle that looks like a sriracha container. The branding decision to put a premium ingredient in a format associated with condiments rather than cooking oil changed how I interact with olive oil in the kitchen. The squeeze bottle means you use it more freely, on eggs, toast, salads, directly onto the plate. That format invites casual use the way a traditional glass bottle with a cork doesn't. Graza sources from Jaén, Spain, and the oil is single-origin and early-harvest. Gives it a grassy, peppery flavor that's noticeably different from the blended stuff at the grocery store. The brand splits its line into "Drizzle" for finishing and "Sizzle" for cooking. That 2-product simplicity tells you the company understands that most people don't want to think about olive oil grades. Using good olive oil like a condiment rather than rationing it for special meals turns out to be the whole point.
