#311 of 383Theragun Mini Massager
Press shot: A Theragun Mini in matte black held in one hand against a neutral background, showing its compact triangular grip and round attachment head.
Theragun Mini is a percussion massager small enough to fit in a backpack. After using it for 3 months I think it does about 80% of what the full-size $400 model does for a third of the price. Motor hits at 2,400 percussions per minute across 3 speed settings, and the battery lasts about 2.5 hours on a full charge. More than enough since I use it for maybe 10 minutes after the gym. Single attachment head is a standard ball, and while the larger models come with 5-6 different heads, I've never felt limited by having just 1. Noise level is quiet enough to use in a shared apartment without drawing complaints. Grip is triangular so it sits naturally in your hand when you are reaching behind your shoulder or along your IT band. What I like about Theragun is that they made the premium version first and then figured out how to shrink it down. Mini inherits the motor quality rather than being a cheap entry-level product designed from scratch. At $149 it's still not impulse-buy territory, but compared to spending $60 on a sports massage every 2 weeks, the math works out within a month.
