Night Market Street Food

Friday night markets near campus set up every week and the food stalls cook everything in front of you so the whole street smells like grilled meat and fried dough and charcoal. I go most weeks and I always start with the same lamb skewer stall because the guy seasons them with cumin and chili flakes right there on the grill and you can feel the heat from 3 feet away. Portions are huge for $5.
