The bottle arrives with your name printed on it, a small touch that makes a $30 subscription feel more personal than picking something off a shelf at the drugstore. A dermatology provider mixes the formula and adjusts the active ingredients, tretinoin, azelaic acid, niacinamide, based on what your skin actually needs. You can message them through the app if anything changes. I want it because my skin reacts badly to most off-the-shelf products. Having someone calibrate the percentages for me takes the guesswork out of a process I've been getting wrong for years.
