Mooda is the simplest app I found so far to keep track of daily moods. Just select a face icon every day. You could add texts or images to describe as well. I find it very helpful to understand my emotional wellbeing in self-quarantine. It is not only viscerally appealing but also requires little brain cycle and efforts to keep the habit.
