A biodegradable bamboo fiber bag designed by Sho Shibuya's agency Placeholder as an alternative to plastic bags.

Those loopholes led agency Placeholder, founded by designer Sho Shibuya, to create an alternative that uses less material made from 100% biodegradable bamboo fibers.
I find this product to be inspirational as it targets the elevation aspect through eliciting positive emotion by witnessing virtue. Designer Sho Shibuya targeted both aspects of this shift through designing these dynamic bags that are both biodegradable and useful in many different markets which likely used plastic bags before the ban.
