A photograph taken during a blizzard walk, inspired by Maira Kalman, showing an abstract yellow form in white snow — exploring the brain's ability to construct stories from minimal visual information.

This piece was inspired by Maria Kalman’s thoughts on walking as an important creative tool. Along a trek during the blizzard yesterday, instead of an internal inspiration, I found the subject of my art piece. I decided to take a photo and use it as a demonstration of the impressive qualities the brain has to be able to construct an accurate story with only a few shades of only two colors.
