Dry Brush for Skin

Dry brushing before a shower feels like scratching an itch across my entire body. Afterwards, my skin is warm and flushed and kind of tingly. Stiff natural bristle on a wooden handle, used on dry skin in long strokes toward the heart. It takes about 3 minutes. I don't know if the lymphatic drainage claims are real, but my skin feels softer. So I keep doing it.
