Press/product shot: a grocery store parking lot with a curbside pickup sign, a store employee loading paper bags into an open car trunk, the store entrance visible in the background.

Grocery store near campus added curbside pickup where you order on the app, choose a time slot. Someone loads the bags into your car in the parking lot. The service is free if your order is over $35 which mine always is because $35 in groceries is about 4 days of food. I want every errand to work like this because the 45 minutes I used to spend walking the aisles, waiting in line. Bagging is now 5 minutes of parking and popping my trunk. The app lets you browse by aisle or search by item. The substitution preferences let you specify whether you want a different brand, a different size, or no substitution at all if your first choice is out of stock. Produce quality has been decent, not as good as picking it yourself but not the bruised afterthoughts I expected.
