#45 of 315Notion Workspace App
Editorial: A laptop screen showing a Notion workspace with a split layout, class notes on the left side and a linked project database on the right, with colorful icons in the sidebar navigation.
Notion combines notes, databases, calendars, and project boards into one app. The flexibility is both its greatest strength and the reason my workspace is a mess. Its block-based editor lets you drag and drop anything anywhere, so a single page can hold a paragraph of text, a kanban board, a linked database, and an embedded video. I use it for class notes, project tracking, and keeping a running list of restaurants I want to try, all in the same workspace. Templates that other users share online are often more interesting than anything I'd build from scratch.
