iPhone Screen Time gives a weekly report on the amount of time the phone user has spent on their phone in the past week. In the report it includes a breakdown of the time spent on the phone by type of usage as well as week over week comparisons to track changes overtime. This is a useful design for this moment in history because people are more dependent on their personal technology than ever. Given that there are undoubtedly tradeoffs to spending massive amounts of times on screens this is a useful tool for keeping one’s stats.
