Sourdough Hotel

I remember reading news about services provided for households to foster-care their old dough when they plan to leave home for a while. It is similar to the services for pet-owners who need to travel and can’t take the pet with them. It sounds very fun to me; old dough is one of the most important dietary cultures to places rely on pasta, bread and other dough-related food customs. I find this service very inspiring because it caters the demands of one’s lifestyle, culture. And also rely a lot on the community-bonding and trust to each other.
