Simple: Fasting and Meal Tracker

This app works to try to promote intermediate fasting, but does so much more than that. It also includes a step counter, a water absorption measurer, and insights for what is going on inside the body during digestion and fasting. This app helps create healthy habits by tracking what is consumed and activities and reminding users to accomplish their set goals. Aligning with my desire to promote healthy habits, Simple is an app that is actively working to help people reach their goals and live a healthier and happier life.
