I am inspired by beauty in products that integrate clean energy into society. I think that the more renewable products are associated with cleanliness and beautiful design, the more society will integrate it. The Tesla Solar Roof is no exception to this. The traditional solar panels on roofs, which didn’t look so bad, can now be entirely replaced by a beautiful, and surprisingly strong, roofing material that also absorbs and converts solar energy! Function design is most in touch with biology and minimalism and I enjoy that.
