TED Conferences is a media organisation that posts talks online under the slogan “ideas worth spreading,” as essentially a platform to inspire. Especially in its early stages (prior to the overload of content), the TedTalks platform curated exceptionally inspiring content by speakers (both experts and not) that anyone could access (for free!), and admire given its high virtue and value. Today, TedX exists for institutions (such as college campuses) across the world to host at a smaller, more personable scale to continue to spread these worthy ideas.
