Headspace is a really great meditation app that allows people to even take short one-minute meditations. According to the Fogg model, this makes mediations more accessible to consumers because of how little time it takes up, the lack of required physical effort, and the ability to transform this into a routine easily. Perhaps Cialdini’s idea of reciprocation comes into play because their advertisements for this app are entire mediations, so you get to experience taking a break from the video you are watching in a positive way so you might feel more inclined to support that app or at least experience more of it.
