The overall product journey begins with the user hearing a song in their immediate environment that they feel motivated to identify but cannot identify via memory or asking. So, the user opens Shazam and uses it to identify the song. A significant pain point through the whole process of awareness and product experience is that the song in the environment could end, making using Shazam worthless. The most obvious pain point after that is if Shazam can’t identify the song (because it can’t hear it or because the song is indie/unknown).
