The Fendi brand has taken over the Instagram influencer sphere. From accessories to full jump suits, the double F logo has become iconic. On Instagram, bloggers would usually need to tag the brand or store to let their followers know where the clothing item came from, but with an iconic logo that doubles as a pattern, influencers wearing the Fendi logo do not need to do so. Fendi is also associated with luxury, with the brand stemming from fur goods and leather handbags. Based on Google Trends, searches for “Fendi” spiked in April 2018 and since then have stayed consistently higher. Fendi has followed along other brands with the rise of luxury logos used as prints. Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Dior are examples of other luxury brands that have recognizable logos but also use them in patterned textile. Fendi was founded in 1925 and is headquartered in Rome, Italy.
