I admire the Kindle Paperwhite because I think it’s an incredible well designed device that really mitigates many of the issues with regular reading. First, the e-ink screen both looks like paper and stands up well against light. Second, the Paperwhite makes turning pages easier than turning pages, which is pretty impressive. Third, it lets you carry around a library’s worth of books as you want, and you can get books on demand. Lastly, you can easily keep track of all the places you annotate a text. If I could read all of my course books on a Kindle, I definitely would.
