Getting ready to ship off for the summer, one of the items I’ve been using a lot has been Scotch shipping tape, and only recently was I able to take full advantage of the thoughtful design that had to have gone into its creation. I’d never known that the slightly curved nub could be used to hold a piece of the advanced tape, and all of a sudden this one tip changed my entire packing experience. This one simple design element means the difference between needing to scrape up tape with my fingernail every time I tear off a piece and simply setting it on the nub and finishing taping my box at least 15 minutes faster.
