The world of rental properties is pretty daunting. While Real Estate has come a long way since its News Paper ads of a decade ago, the apartment rental market place proves to be quite difficult because of quick turn-arounds. I think of all the apartment search websites, zillow is still the strongest. I love that it has appraisal values of everything that is on/off the market. While it can sometimes have unreliable data (as almost all rental websites do–since a form of real estate is drumming up business through false advertisements), it has the most comprehensive and updated selection overall.
