If I could choose one store that I had to purchase all of my clothing from it would be Madewell. It is exactly as the name says (Made well) and so incredibly stylish for a fraction of what it looks like it should cost. While I will admit their regular items are pricey (I only buy items on sale plus my student discount), they are absolutely gorgeous in their simplicity and design. Its the kind of stuff that my Mom would wear back in the day that is coming back around in fashion and updated just slightly to fit with todays color palettes and needs.
