I have these drinking glasses from Fish’s Eddy, which are based on Charley Harper’s illustrations for a 1950s biology textbook. There are several different designs, but the one pictured is my favorite. I’m drawn to the bright colors that Harper used in his illustrations, and I like the way he has simplified the bird’s form into a few single-colored shapes. It’s also just a cool idea to repurpose textbook drawings like this, and these glasses are very large, which makes them quite versatile.
