The NY Times posts a short crossword, called “The Mini,” every morning. The Mini is usually a 5×5 square, and is available on the NYTimes website and on its app. The NY Times requires a separate subscription for its regular crossword, but the Mini is free. I play it most mornings; it’s an easy way to get my brain moving.
