This jacket weighs 10 ounces and feels, quite literally, like you’re not wearing it. I like objects that make you question the nature of reality and whether your perception is really all it’s cracked up to be. It’s cut for mountain climbing, so I can bring my arms all the way across my chest without restriction (important in the event that you’d like to hug yourself without taking off your jacket). It’s warm down to 40-45 degrees without much underneath and it’ll take a hard rain for at least 20 minutes without soaking through. On top of all of that, it’s one of the most breathable garments I own.
