Sophia’s is a local store in Belmont that sells fantastic Greek Yogurt. In a blind taste test, 8/10 of my subjects preferred Sophia’s to Chobani and Yoplait.

However, very few people know about Sophia’s, and it is only accessible in Belmont. Thus, this yogurt faces the same problem as many early companies: it has a superior product, but an inferior business. So what is required for a store like Sophia’s to scale?

I developed a customer journey map, a high level business strategy, and specific recommendations that may be useful if Sophia’s ever decides to expand. I tried to preserve the “small town” feel of the familly-owned business, because that adds to the products authenticity and success.
