This arrived in the mail today as the result of an impulse purchase. It is the Bose SoundLink Mini II speaker and it’s fantastic for my morning routine playlist but probably terrible for my neighbors. It has a pretty large soundstage and the bass is definitely boosted, which is a step up from the speakers on my Mac. It has a purported battery life of 10 hours, and a handy charging dock I can leave it on when in my room. As someone with an affinity for devices that have good sound, I can say this is one of my better impulse buys. Being able to feel the bass is always a positive thing.
