This camelback water bottle is perfect for athletes, because it’s squeeze top allows me to easily reach down and squirt water out of in the middle of exercising (without having to unscrew a lid). Because the water bottle is stretchy, unlike Nalgenes or DAPA camelbacks, I can adjust the pressure coming out of the top. However, the best feature of all is the twist top, which I can turn to prevent water from coming out. This means that I can easily take sips during my workout, but also carry it around in my backpack during the day without having to worry about it leaking. Most other water bottles that I see either have 1) ease of use OR 2) good leak prevention, but this water bottle has both!
