Last weekend I went to newbury street and walked into Kit & Ace on a whim. I probably haven’t had such good store experience for a while.
I was immediately greeted by a representative and she starts telling me about the ‘theme’ on this brand (which is ‘clothing that you can wear from day to night’). The clothing here is modern, minimal, easy to dress up and down.
The store itself is spacious and clean looking. Unlike most stores, I didn’t feel inundated with colossal amount of choice they have. As a result, I really spent time to walk around, pick up a piece, feel the fabric and admire it by hand — something that I rarely get to do mindfully when I walk into other clothing stores.
I was really impressed with the experience that I had at the store. From the minute when I walked in and out. For some reason, I feel like I know their story by just visiting it. It is very clear to me that I would have to make a stop here the next time I’m anywhere nearby.
