This sneaker is for a young man, entering or expected to enter a high paying job in an industry such as banking or consulting. Our inspiration for the shoe was the Most Interesting Man in the World. He exudes confidence and flashiness, while maintaining a professional demeanor. These shoes are for the young professional. They exude confidence without diminishing professionalism.
Some important design decisions: they are similar in structure to Chelsea boots, so they are easy to take on and off. Laces are also invasive and unprofessional. The gold stripe adds flashiness but it is small and covered by the black strip in one section. This is to understate the flashiness. Finally, the sole is quite thick so the shoe is sturdy. The “MOST” logo is imprinted into the sole to give it a certain distinctness and the sole’s red color is another classy hidden surprise. There is also a heel to add height to the shoe.
For those who may want a little more edge, they can out our more casual version (featured in the second drawing).
