Growing up in San Francisco where the weather can quickly jump from hot and sunny to overcast and windy literally in the course of a few minutes, I have found that lightweight but extremely warm nature of the jacket has been extremely beneficial, especially in comparison to equally warm alternatives which are traditionally far more bulky. More so, what I love about this jacket is how compact it can become, fitting into its own breast pocket. Being able to be shrunk down so far makes this jacket super great both when I take the jacket on backpacking or camping trips, but also when I’m just walking around the city, easily clipping onto my belt pocked with a carabiner.
