Post it notes are something I constantly use and see being used in multiple settings. In class, in club meetings, in professional settings. There’s just something about the small blocks of color that stick that make them welcoming to write on. I like that they encourage quick scribbling of thoughts. Post it notes are meant to be a place for the unrefined, still-brewing ideas. They are also appealing because they come in multiple colors so one can easily divide the notes into different categories: they are inbuilt with organizational thoughts in mind. Also, post it notes come in different shapes and sizes, which is nice because one can work with different spaces. And of course, the fact that they stick is great because one can put them anywhere.
