I was interested in using colors from nature to create a mood that was organic and elemental. I used colors that could be found in nature but weren’t common such as purple and deep blues to evoke a sense of mystery. Paired with a more common blue, the combination reminded me of murky weather or how the ocean looks in the northern part of the world.
