What I think is great about this Tabasco brand chocolate product is the way in which it delivers a new flavor or spin to chocolate that is reminiscent of its origins. Cacao used to be served as a drink and was often enjoyed with spices and chiles. This product is desirable to me as it challenges my palette yet is reminiscent of the original chocolate drink.
