I just read an interested Wired article about embracing failure. It’s common knowledge that every failure is a learning experience – but in the start-up world embracing failure is not only beneficial it is the key to success. Eric Ries, founder of one failed and one successful start up,  actually explains how to build failure into your business plan. Trial and error really is the best way to truly succeed.

This reminded me of Clover  – owner Ayr Muir advices “Run as many fast and cheap experiences as you can.” He runs his food chain like a scientific experiment – making mistakes along the way – but ultimately catering his entire business to the user through trial and error.
