In the days when schools taught proper penmanship religiously, everyone progressed through the developmental stages of writing and evolved to the same ideal grip, known as the tripod grip. As schools became more lax on these mechanics, however, more and more of us began to slip through the cracks, leaving many of us with a four-fingered grip known as quadripod.

The problem? Despite the prevalence of people who use four-fingered grips, pens simply aren’t designed for quadripods… until now. We created a square, four-sided surface with vertical divot grips to prevent writing calluses and make life easier for quadripods everywhere.
