I first thought that this picture had just been manipulated, but there’s actually a whole website dedicated to this strange looking feline. He’s even made appearances on live TV following his incredible internet success. Grumpy Cat probably went viral because no one has ever seen such a ridiculous face on a cat, and because the appearance of the original photo coincided pretty closely with the rise of memes in general.
