My favorite day at the gym is leg day; it targets mainly half of the body’s muscles and makes me sweat. The star of leg is obvious the squat, a full body workout. Whatever weight you can lift, good basic form is the same: straight back, tight core, feet shoulder-length apart, knees generally do not pass the toes, hips back, and power from the leg drive. While there is so much variation on this movement to suit people’s bodily needs, the actual squat is a natural movement, and it should come as easy as walking.
