I think the Transit App is super underrated for its usability. In the Desmet Framework, there’s usability, reliability, and relatability. Usability: the app takes low storage space on your phone, and has virtually no learning curve. I click the app icon and select a bus or train route near me based on my location. Reliability: there’s a lot of consistency to the app. No matter my location, the format is the same. I’ve never seen it freeze or crash before. Relatability: Everyone in cities uses (or really should use) transit and therefore there’s an accessibility bonus to this app because there is a low economic barrier to using it, which I love.
