IoT has reached Coffee Mugs. I got an “Ember Mug” a while back, and I have to say I am very surprised. The design is very simple, a regular ceramic mug with nice curves and a soft texture. The material feels top tier quality. Where this simple Mug becomes a Smart Mug when you see the LED on the bottom. Ember is a Smart Mug, that controls your drink temperature via its own standalone app. Its a simple, interesting design that I find really useful and desirable.
