Electronic cigarettes, also known as vapes, have been around for quite a while as a healthier alternative to smoking cigarettes. However, their designs have previously been extremely large and boxy. The Juul vape has since become by far the most popular e-cig, partly due to the sleek aluminum unibody design. With the Juul, there’s no need for eyedroppers or messy juice for refills; instead, pre-filled pods are sold in smoke shops and through the Juul website (where there’s even a subscription service). The mouthpiece is built into the pod which also helps prevent the spread of germs. The charging (pictured) is magnetic and quite eye-catching. Overall, the Juul has become so desirable and ubiquitous that many non-cigarette smoking individuals have started (creating a PR problem for Juul in terms of high school students becoming addicted to nicotine).
