The Harvard Art Museum is today housed in a new building by Renzo Piano. The Museum is actually a union of three museums: the Fogg, Busch-Reisinger, and Sackler. From 2008-2013, the museums were closed while they underwent renovation.
I decided to feature the Harvard Art Museum in a What I’ve Got but I feel like too many people spend their time at Harvard without ever going. The museum is free, and has an incredible collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist works. Unlike some museums, it covers all parts of the world and most time-periods.
