My roommate introduced me to Siete Grain Free Tortilla Chips. At first, I was skeptical. However, this week was the Jewish holiday of Passover, and I found these grain-free chips (which are also K for P!) to be a great snack food.

The chips are made by a family owned company. The family is of Mexican heritage. When one of their children developed a gluten allergy and multiple autoimmune conditions, they could no longer eat many of their favorite foods. So, they started coming up with recipes for grain free foods. They made thsi recipe for grain free tortilla chips so that their gluten free child could eat the family’s favorite cultural foods.

The chips are delicious and come in different flavors. They are made with cassava flour and chia seeds.
