The Google Chromecast is a device that essentially turns your phone or laptop into a remote control for all of your streaming services. It plugs into the HDMI port on your TV wirelessly streams Netflix, Spotify, HBO, Hulu, and more to the TV. The device perfectly filled a void in the market. I find it desirable because it seamlessly integrates things that are on their own difficult to integrate. The design of the device itself is simple, blending into nearly every TV, yet recognizable. This is probably why Google has sold over 30 million devices. I love the Chromecast because it is a super convenient and cheap ($35!) way to connect Netflix to your existing TV.
