Today I turned 21, therefore nothing would be more desirable than my first legal sip of alcohol. I spent almost 45 minutes in this little store in Harvard Square looking for the right wine that would have the bang for my buck; affordable, yet with a great taste and decent percentage. I happened opon this Projection Cabernet Sauvignon, priced at a respectable 12.99, and was intrigued by the vintage design of its label, its boasting of “winemaker’s cut,” and cellar/bottle location in Napa Valley. Being from California myself, I have always heard of Napa Valley but never was able to go; I thought it appropriate for my first wine sip to be from my home state!
