New Library

Library has been supposed to be a quiet place. But this new designed library includes starbucks, lecture hall, study room, and common room.
It serves for all citizens, not only those who love realing books, but who love interacting with others, businessmen with personal computer, students who want to study, and parents with children!
It is a desirable place for all the generation.
It is a new form of public service.
Since the library was renewaled in April 2013, the number of visitors increase 4 times.
