Design Museum Boston has a new public exhibit out at the Fort Point Channel. It features 17 public benches, the highlights of over 170 entries submitted to their design challenge. The exhibit provides an opportunity for people to explore not only socially and economically conscious design, but to see the public spaces of their own city in a new light. I haven’t been able to see the exhibit yet, but I’m looking forward to it when I return to campus in the fall!
