Sorry this picture is so rotten, I snapped it in a dark emergency staircase. I saw this little sign and just had to take a picture of it. It’s such a nice example of good graphic design. Nice fonts, modern graphics. The figures remind me a bit of Kafka’s illustrations for the The Castle, actually. And someone just made it for the fire department of a Miami suburb, probably some time in the 70s, based on the age of the building. It is nice to see someone do such a thoughtful design for something that would usually be ordinary.
