The problem: we chug down battery life ferociously, especially while away from wifi networks that coincide with places to plug in and recharge.

What’s out there: plenty of plug-in battery packs, used as a separate item to plug in. These are often designed to look nice and function well on their own, but seldom designed within the context of how we carry them and use our phones.

What I’ve got – the solution: battery pack functionality built into an already-popular accessory, which requires no additional item to be carried, and conceptualizes one single usable design, rather than two.
